PIAC will share information about City of Toronto initiatives that impact school communities and strive to work with parents to advise the board regarding school needs.

*School Safety Zones:
- The safety zones have new features aimed at improving the safety of children walking to school and are part of the City’s $80-million Vision Zero Road Safety Plan and overall traffic safety measures.

- Note: The TDSB is undertaking a review of Student-Vehicle Collision Data and Response Protocol in School Zones. The Director of Education will present a report to the Program and School Services committee on May 2, 2018 (see page 7 of the PSSC March 21st minutes)
