New School Council Email IT Support

A new channel for technical support has been announced!  In addition to the “School Council Assistance” request form available to Principals/Vice-Principals/Office Administrators on the ServiceIT Portal, there is a new Helpline open.  School Community IT Support team will be supporting School Council accounts starting at the end of October 2024. They will only be available to assist School Council members who have been registered with the Parent Caregiver Community Engagement Office (PCCEO).
